One More Real Project

Small monthly contributions. A major impact against hunger.

An initiative by ONG É Por Amor to connect residential and commercial condominiums with a simple, voluntary and transparent way to support actions against hunger and poverty in Rio de Janeiro.

The amount of R$ 1.00 is symbolic: each condominium can define, together with its property management company and ONG É Por Amor, the most suitable form of participation, always with voluntary participation by residents.

Concept

A small gesture, organized as a collective commitment.

The One More Real Project allows residents, condominium owners, users of commercial buildings and companies located in condominiums to make small monthly contributions to support the social actions of ONG É Por Amor.

The amount does not have to be exactly R$ 1.00.

The contribution can be agreed upon by the condominium, the property management company and ONG É Por Amor. The project can work with R$ 1.00, R$ 2.00, R$ 5.00, R$ 10.00 or a free amount chosen by each resident.

The voluntary nature is central.

The donation must not be treated as a mandatory condominium fee. Each condominium should communicate the initiative clearly, separate the contribution from any mandatory charge and allow each resident to decide whether they wish to participate.

The proposal is simple and ongoing.

Instead of relying only on one-off campaigns, the project creates a recurring support network capable of turning small contributions into food, care, logistics and dignity.

How it works

How the project can become part of condominium life.

01

Presentation of the proposal

ONG É Por Amor presents the One More Real Project to the building manager, condominium board or property management company, explaining its purpose, formats, responsibilities and communication guidelines.

02

Internal evaluation

The condominium evaluates the administrative, financial and operational feasibility of joining the project, respecting its bylaws, internal rules and the guidance of the property management company.

03

Choice of format

Implementation may take place through individual opt-in, a suggested amount, PIX, a permanent campaign, consolidated transfer or another model compatible with the condominium’s reality.

04

Communication to residents

Residents receive clear information about the voluntary nature of the donation, the purpose of the funds, the form of participation and the absence of automatic tax deduction.

05

Transfer, receipt and reporting

Amounts are transferred to ONG É Por Amor or donated directly by residents. When requested, the organization may issue receipts, statements and periodic impact updates.

Estimated impact

The collective effect of recurring contributions.

The figures below show how small amounts, when organized continuously, can create a relevant support base for permanent actions against hunger.

R$ 1,200 per year to support ONG É Por Amor’s social actions.
100 units · R$ 5 per month
R$ 6,000 per year from a single participating condominium.
50 condominiums · average of 100 units

01

Prior individual opt-in on the payment slip

The contribution is included only on the payment slip of residents who have previously authorized their participation in the project.

02

Flexible amount on the condominium payment slip

When the system allows it, residents can pay only the condominium fee or include the suggested voluntary contribution.

03

Suggested amount defined by the condominium

The condominium defines a suggested monthly amount per unit, such as R$ 1.00, R$ 2.00, R$ 5.00 or R$ 10.00.

04

Contribution tiers

Residents choose from different monthly tiers, allowing inclusive participation and larger donations from those who wish to contribute more.

05

Monthly communication with PIX or QR Code

The condominium promotes the campaign and residents donate directly to ONG É Por Amor, without funds passing through the condominium account.

06

Permanent condominium campaign

The initiative remains visible on notice boards, elevators, apps, WhatsApp, emails, reception areas and internal communications.

07

Consolidated monthly transfer

The condominium collects contributions from participating residents and makes a consolidated monthly transfer to ONG É Por Amor.

Social responsibility that is simple to implement

The condominium becomes part of a solidarity network, strengthening the sense of community and offering an organized way to provide social support.

Residents

Accessible and secure participation

Each resident can contribute monthly with a symbolic or larger amount, according to their wishes and the format adopted by the condominium.

Property managers

A ready-to-present social solution

Property management companies can present condominiums with a social responsibility initiative supported by communication materials and the possibility of institutional recognition.

Transparency

Trust is also built through accountability.

ONG É Por Amor may keep participating condominiums and property management companies informed about the funds received and their use through periodic communications, receipts, statements and simplified impact reports.

01

Receipt or donation statement

When requested, ONG É Por Amor may issue a document confirming receipt of the amounts donated to the project.

02

Periodic impact updates

Whenever possible, information will be shared about actions carried out, food distributed, meals prepared and groups served.

03

Materials for internal communication

The organization may provide digital cards, notice board artwork, WhatsApp text, condominium circulars and a digital certificate for partner condominiums.

04

Clarity about voluntary participation

The contribution must always be presented as a voluntary donation, identified separately and not confused with a mandatory condominium fee.

Necessary tax clarification.

ONG É Por Amor may issue a receipt or statement confirming receipt of the amounts donated to the One More Real Project. This document proves receipt of the voluntary donation, but does not, by itself, constitute a tax benefit or an automatic right to income tax deduction.

Suggested note for receipts: This receipt confirms receipt of the voluntary donation to the One More Real Project, made in favor of Associação Humanitária É Por Amor — ONG É Por Amor. As a rule, the donation is not deductible from Income Tax, as it is not a tax-incentivized donation.
